Wimo Delivery: brochure site and parcel delivery platform

Context

Wimo Delivery is a parcel delivery service for merchants and online stores: pickup, transport, delivery and cash collection on delivery. The company needed a site that presents its services and prices, recruits customers and couriers, and gives every recipient the status of their parcel without a phone call.

Need

A clear brochure site with the services (pickup, delivery, returns), a grid of the cities served with delivery times and prices, and a "become a customer" flow in a few fields. A parcel tracking module open to everyone from the shipment number. A customer area to create shipments and view history. A sign-up form for couriers. All of it in French, viewed overwhelmingly on phone.

Solution

We built the site and the platform in PHP, with a responsive Bootstrap interface. The pricing page presents the grid by departure and arrival city, with search and pagination, so visitors find their price in seconds. The tracking page accepts a parcel number and displays each step of the journey.

The customer area lets users create shipments, follow their status and download documents. The "become a customer" form and the courier sign-up feed the sales team directly. Contact details, WhatsApp and social links are present on every page.

PHP, Bootstrap, database for shipments, statuses and accounts, served behind Cloudflare.

Result

The site and the platform are in production. Recipients track their parcels online, merchants check prices and sign up from the site, and couriers apply through the same channel. The city and price grid is updated by the Wimo team.
