Privacy policy for nocido.ma: data collected through the contact form and the newsletter, purposes, retention periods, third-party tools and individual rights.
Data controller
The controller of the data collected on nocido.ma is Nocido Solutions, whose registered office is located in Casablanca, Morocco. For any question about your data, write to contact@nocido.ma.
Data collected
Contact form. Name, email address, phone number, subject and content of your message. This data is necessary to answer your request.
Newsletter. Email address, when you subscribe voluntarily.
WhatsApp. When you contact us through WhatsApp, your number and your messages are processed by Meta under its own terms, and by us to answer your request.
Browsing data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed and visit duration, collected by the analytics tools described below.
Purposes
- Answering your requests for quotes, information or job applications.
- Establishing and managing a business relationship when you become a client.
- Sending you the newsletter if you have consented to it.
- Measuring the site's audience and improving its content.
No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Contact form data is kept for three years from the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship exists. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Browsing data is kept for the period set by the analytics tool in use, for a maximum of twenty-six months.

These providers may be located outside Morocco; transfers are governed by their contractual data protection commitments.
Cookies
The site uses a technical cookie to remember the chosen language and, where applicable, the display theme. Audience measurement tools may set their own cookies; you can refuse them through your browser settings.
Your rights
In accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to contact@nocido.ma stating your request; we reply within one month. You may also refer the matter to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it to process your request.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to regulations. The date below indicates the latest version in force.
