Choucho Affiliate: a cash-on-delivery affiliate platform

Context

Choucho Affiliate rests on a precise model: independent marketers sell, on their own channels, products they do not stock. The platform provides the catalog, collects payment on delivery, handles logistics and pays a commission on every confirmed sale. For the model to hold, every order must be tracked from entry to commission payout, with no gaps.

Need

A simple marketer area, in Arabic and readable from right to left, where one picks products, enters orders and follows earnings. A back office for the platform team: order validation, assignment to couriers, statuses, returns, commission calculation and payment. And business logic specific to cash on delivery: phone confirmation, refused parcels, delivery attempts, all of which had to be modeled.

Solution

We built the platform from scratch in Next.js and React. The public site presents how it works, the guarantees and the steps to join the program. The marketer area brings together the catalog, the order form, status tracking and the commission balance. The back office drives confirmation, logistics and payouts, with a history of every action.

The interface is entirely in Arabic, with a native right-to-left layout, and switches to dark mode. The public site is served with server-side rendering to be fast and indexable.

Stack

Next.js and React, deployed on Vercel, API and database for orders, statuses and commissions, role-based authentication (marketer, operator, administrator).

Result

The platform is in production and serves active marketers every day: catalog, orders, tracking and commissions go through a single tool, in Arabic, on desktop and on phone. The platform team handles confirmation and logistics from the back office, with full traceability of every order.
